I love when the nose beguiles the palate

Oooh-weee has it been an insane couple of weeks. We're back on the east coast from our trip to SF and Napa. Here's some bullet points of the highlights of this massive eating and drinking tour!

• Hot air balloon ride (no seriously, although our almost crash landing made this not as relaxing as it could have been)

Needless to say we came back well rested and well fed. We'd get into detials, but ladies never reveal too much and we don't have the time.

Unfortch we returned to a most insane amount of work that kept us in the office past 10:30 almost every night last week and until 3am on one occasion leaving us feeling like we never left in the first place(We did manage to escape on the early side on thursday for a fabulous rep dinner at ONO). Thankfully, we had an amazing weekend to put us right back on track. We finally caught HP5 in IMax and 3D with the little bro, celebrated the LK's birthday in style at The Park with a ton of champagne even though we swore we weren't going to drink, caught Annuals and Band of Horses at McCarren yesterday afternoon and finished off the weekend with some tasty mussels at Lucien with the CMoss.
Its a shame that all this goodness was almost thrown away by the STILL unfixed stairway exit at the subway stop we get off at. The backlog is so immense that it took us a solid 13 minutes to exit the station today. 13 minutes! To walk up two flights of stairs and go through a turnstyle. 13 minutes! seriously! and this has been going on for three weeks... how long does it take to fix a damned staircase? ugh.
