No, its not that its Discovery Day in Haiti, International Volunteers Day in Australia, King's Birthday in Thailand or SinterKlaas in the Netherlands, although all of those sound like good reasons to celebrate to us.

And No, its not that its Day of the Ninja although that may be the best thing we've ever heard.

No good readers, today, December 5th is REPEAL DAY. Seventy Four years ago today Prohibition ended as Utah became the 36th state to ratify the 21st Amendment to the Constitution, repealing the 18th Amendment.
